Connecting to the LIVE-C Bridge:

  • Dial IP #169.244.81.112, then choose from one of the following options to enter the bridge:
    • Direct Dial Option: Hit pound key to enable touch tones. Then dial Conference 6456#, followed by Pin 6456#
    • Auto Attendant Option: Using far-end camera control, scroll down to LIVE-C Bridge and scroll to right until it asks you to enter your PIN number. Exit far end camera control and press # then enter PIN 6456#
    • Audio Only Option: If you would like to join a training but can only dial in via audio the number is # (207) 866-6456 (Pin #6456)
    • Web Conferencing Option: From your web browser enter 169.244.81.112. Enter ID #6456 and Pin #6456.

How to Record to the UMaine Content Server –
  • Any school can record to the UMaine content server by checking the record button when scheduling a bridge call.
  • To record to the content server from outside the bridge scheduler please contact the University System Help Desk at 1-888-FOR-MSLN or support@msln.net
  • To retrieve content from the Content Server please contact the University System Help Desk prior to making your video call to make arrangements. Please note that it is the intention of the University System to implement a self service website to retrieve content; however, this feature is currently under construction.
Using the Networkmaine Content Server: Visit www.vcr.networkmaine.net. Please note that this site is for use by Networkmaine users only. This link can only be accessed from inside the Networkmaine network and will not work on any external networks.

To obtain a MOVI license: Please send an email to the University System Help Desk at support@msln.net. In your email provide your e-mail address and name. The Help Desk will send you an email with MOVI client and your credentials.
